Rough Around The Edges
I dreaded the days of show and tell…
I was the girl who skipped school when it was time for the speech or presentation…
The idea of talking in front of people turned my stomach, and the thought of all eyes on me made my whole body seize up...
And I would run.
I am not running away anymore…
I find myself stepping into my fears more and more lately.
I make the effort, pushing through the discomfort.
In embracing my rough edges, I am failing forward, acknowledging that growth often comes from stepping outside my comfort zone.
I show up, not necessarily with perfectly polished words or presentation, but with authenticity and resilience, refusing to let the fear of judgment hold me back.
I will just keep showing up.
This statement piece does not disappoint with its bold brushstrokes and fun color. This is an original 10" x 10" Oil painting on gallery-wrapped canvas with a painted edge in a black floater frame.
Ready to hang with a wire hanger attached to the back.
