Polaroid Originals
It all began in 2023, when I set myself a personal challenge: paint 100 cranes in 100 days. To keep each piece consistent… and to capture that nostalgic feeling I love… I taped off tiny canvas boards to mimic the look of classic polaroid photos.
By the end of the challenge, I was completely smitten with these little polaroid originals. They felt like miniature snapshots of creativity and memory, each one unique but tied together by that familiar white border.
So, I decided to keep the tradition going!
My new challenge:
· Use these as warm-ups when I need a creative spark
· Work with whatever paint is already on my palette
· Each one is finished in under an hour
· The only rule: just keep painting
